Boris: I’m gonna ignore that question and instead talk about planet health!

Like most self-respecting boars, I'm pretty in tune with nature's cycles. All I know is that my acorn supply is down, the bees seem to have flown the coop and sometimes the water in my nearby stream tastes funny. (And no, it has nothing to do with my dear sow, Sue, bathing upstream…I like that taste.)

Boris: Here’s a fact that you can share around the mud cooler: “If all the automobiles in the United States were fueled with 100% ethanol, a total of about 97% of U.S. land area would be needed to grow the corn feedstock".

Boris: Pardon my snort, but this one’s a whopper…Not only do many bottlers just use reprocessed H2O from municipal water supplies, reprocessed water makes up as much as 40% of the bottled water market.

Boris: This one raises my bristles. Snout to the ground, I've got questions—but few answers. No manufacturer can yet claim that their bamboo fabric/paper/flooring, etc. is produced from bamboo grown on environmentally sustainable farms.

Are the “I used to be a plastic bottle/bag” eco-bags better for the environment?

Boris: Not even expert boars agree which is a more eco-friendly way to carry home groceries. The best answer, of course, is neither: Bring your own cloth bags to the store. You can do it. I believe in you.
